Is electric equipment really as effective as gas?
For residential properties, yes. Today's commercial battery mowers, trimmers and blowers match the gas tools they replaced on cut quality and power — we wouldn't have switched the whole fleet otherwise. What changes is everything around the work: no exhaust, no fuel smell, no ear-splitting noise, and far less vibration for our crews.
What does "organic care" actually mean?
We use organic fertilizers and weed control rather than synthetic herbicides and pesticides, and we lean on cultural fixes first — correct mowing height, sharp blades, healthy soil and the right plant in the right place. It's better for kids, pets and pollinators, and it builds soil that holds water instead of depending on chemistry.
How much does it cost?
It depends on lot size, what's growing and how often you want us — which is exactly why the walkthrough is free. You'll get a clear written estimate with the scope spelled out, and the price we quote is the price you pay. Most maintenance clients settle on a weekly or bi-weekly plan.
Do I need to be home when you come?
Only for the initial walkthrough, and even that can be handled by phone if you'd rather. After that we work whether you're home or not — we just need gate access. You'll get a note when the visit is finished.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we're a licensed, fully insured, family-owned business working across Sonoma County. We're glad to send current certificates before the first visit, and HOAs and property managers can get them on file.
What happens if it rains?
We reschedule rather than tear up a soggy lawn. If weather pushes your visit, you'll hear from us the same day with the new date — you're never billed for a visit that didn't happen.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Maintenance plans are month to month. Pause for a vacation, scale back over winter or stop entirely — just give us a heads-up before your next scheduled visit.
